What does the flat rate include?
The flat rate covers your service call, full diagnosis, and all labor. Parts are billed separately at cost. Most repairs are completed in one visit.
What if my appliance can't be fixed?
If the repair is not cost-effective, we'll let you know upfront. You may receive up to a $30 discount (electric) or $40 (gas) on the service call.
Do you charge extra for gas appliances?
Gas appliance repairs are $145 flat rate due to the specialized TSSA certification required for safe gas work.
Are parts included in the flat rate?
Parts are not included in the flat rate and are billed separately at cost. We'll always give you the parts price before ordering.
